Annette Compo is the founder and President of Care by Design Market, and is a successful business leader who has launched and operated multiple businesses over the last 30 years. Annette started Care by Design Health and Wellness Market with a passion for her own personal health and wellness journey. What she found was a confusing cannabis industry and hard to understand and know what would work or not. Her solution to the problem was simple yet revolutionary: to create a space where people can come to find options to support their health goals with great products and education. As a business coach, she really pours into inspiring people to make tomorrow better by finding what passion they have and creating it within their career, business and life! She went out and found leaders in this new industry that soar in their own vision that matches with hers. Her vision is to see a future full of community driven leadership within our world’s businesses and neighborhoods.

Annette Compo has also been a Radio Personality and Nationally Recognized Real Estate Expert of the radio show, Real Estate 411. She has been on multiple radio programs like ABC News, CBS Radio and WJR AM760 heard throughout the US. Annette Compo has captured the eyes of real estate economists requesting her as a keynote speaker for the housing industry and has worked with state and national legislation by sharing her views on Real Estate Economics. She has been a real estate leader for over 30 years.

Throughout the years, she has accomplished being a missionary in Haiti, extensive leadership training and volunteers with the Special Olympics, Abuse Council, Big Brother Big Sister, Jaycees and many other service organizations. She is a trained public speaker and business coach. She most recently supported the start of the non profit CARES in Farmington Hills to fight hunger and basic needs to life as well as the newest non profit aligned with her Care By Design Health and Wellness Market business, Fresh Water Cannabis Foundation. This foundation focuses on supplying grants to individuals or organizations that have a vision to preserve Michigan Great Lakes, creeks, rivers and streams for all of us to enjoy today, tomorrow and beyond!
